  2. @dman856 – I do mostly machine work, but do full rebuilds when I have the time. Thanks for the kind works.

  3. John does your talents have no limits? I must say I have been watching your videos since one of my galantvr4,org members(the boz) recommended you I can see that you are truly passionate about what you do, old school with pizzaz mixed with new age technology awesome. I do have a 2.0l 4g63t that will need a rebuild soon do you do full rebuilds or just machine work.
    Thanks

  4. if the block doesn’t need to be re-bored will this process ruin the bore finish ?
can it be simply honed or will the bore finish be so rough that it need to be re-bored ?

  5. you work for chevy??

  6. Why wouldnt you take all the freeze plugs and oil galley plugs out first? I run a Ampro/Sunnen machine that can easily do a V12 cat block and mabey 8 small blocks at a time, and my experience is that the shot gets stuck behind the plugs, also any plugs that are left in after cooking will leak.I really enjoy your videos.
