20 MPG.. of course this is just a guess as your gearing, yadda yadda yadda will all play factors.
the chevette is a small light vehicle. the 4.3 is a strong motor and has plenty of power to give the car good performance.
driven conservatively the car should get between 25 and 30mpg. (depending on gearing and mechanical condition)
the best thing to do is talk to the owner, he can give you real numbers.
